Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our web platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web technologies, user experience (UX), and analytics, combined with strong team skills to collaborate across teams. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that our web platform meets the needs of users and supports the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap for the web platform in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to execute product initiatives.

3. User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user by analyzing customer feedback, conducting user research, and monitoring web analytics to enhance user experience and drive engagement.

4. Feature Development & Prioritization: Define product requirements and work with development teams to prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and user analytics to assess the effectiveness of product features, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.

6. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the web platform remains competitive.

7. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Set measurable goals for each product release.

8. Agile Methodology: Work within an agile framework to deliver features and improvements iteratively. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines.

9. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely communication of product status and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

2. Experience:

a. 5-7+ years of product management experience, particularly with web platforms of consumer internet products preferably in media and entertainment.

b. Proven track record of shipping web-based products and driving user growth.

3. Technical Knowledge:

a. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, etc.) and understanding of the development process.

b. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and A/B testing.

Skills & Competencies

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-centric language.

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

a. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

b. Background in UX/UI design or working with design teams.

c. Experience in iGaming, media and entertainment, or related fields.
