Role Overview
We’re hiring a Principal Motion Designer— a senior creative IC + strategic leader responsible for driving AI-first creative production, storytelling excellence, and quality standards across motion projects.
This role will define how AI integrates into creative workflows, elevate storytelling, and act as the final benchmark for creative quality (QC) across high-impact deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creation of high-impact, cinematic motion content across campaigns and brand storytelling
- Define and implement AI-driven creative workflows to improve speed, scalability, and output quality
- Act as a quality gatekeeper (QC) for key projects
- Drive visual storytelling standards, motion language, and creative direction
- Own end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility projects
- Mentor and guide designers on AI adoption, storytelling, and craft excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape creative strategy and output quality
What You Bring
- 12–15 years in motion design, filmmaking, or video production
- Strong expertise in cinematic storytelling, narrative structure, and visual language
- Proven experience in AI-driven content creation and workflow innovation
- Strong ability to review, refine, and elevate creative output (QC mindset)
- High ownership with ability to operate independently while influencing teams
Tools & Skills
- Advance Compositing and Motion Graphics (After Effects / Nuke)
- Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / FCP)
- Strong experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, editing, and production pipelines
Good to Have
- Experience in gaming / entertainment / high-performance marketing
- Exposure to 3D tools (Blender, Unreal, Cinema 4D, etc.)
