Requirements for the role:
Virtual Sports Back Office - support role
1. Good Communication skills(Verbal and Written)
2. Analytical and critical thinking- should be able to learn and apply game rules and analyze results
3. Technical product support experience mandatory (some QA experience will also work but should be willing work in a support role)
4. Self motivated and Quick learner
5. Basic knowledge of casino/card games ( not mandatory)
6. Understand the customer/operator queries
7. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines (high pressure environments)
8. Problem solving skills and ability work independently
9. Attention to details
10. Willing to work in shifts & weekends
11. Jira knowledge is good to have
12. Create reports is good to have
Exp : 2 to 4 years experience
