UI/UX Designer
· 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, working on digital products across web and/or mobile platforms.
· Strong UI design skills supported by a solid portfolio, demonstrating user flows, visual design, and problem-solving capability.
· Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma; experience with Sketch, Axure, or similar tools is a plus.
· Ability to handle end-to-end design tasks including requirement understanding, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
· Experience applying UX best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design principles.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to translate requirements into usable and visually appealing design solutions.
· Capable of owning feature-level or module-level design work under guidance from senior designers or leads.
· Ability to clearly explain design decisions and user journeys to team members and stakeholders.
· Familiarity with user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
· Comfortable iterating designs based on feedback, usability inputs, and evolving requirements.
· Ability to transform conceptual ideas into practical UI solutions aligned with design standards.
AI & Modern Design Practices
· Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., AI for wireframing, content generation, UX exploration, or design QA).
· Willingness to use AI to improve design efficiency, explore alternatives faster, and enhance design quality.
· Basic understanding of how AI-driven insights (heatmaps, usability signals, user behavior patterns) can support design decisions.
· Strong collaboration mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
Additional Skill Set
· Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and cross-functional product teams.
· Exposure to gaming, entertainment, fintech, or interactive digital products is an advantage.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
